Course Description

Examination of the principles and techniques of agile project management to improve project delivery, reduce risk, and improve quality when dealing with a project with undefined and continually changing requirements. Applications of a collaborative method for resolving conflicts and interest-based problems. Assessment of change readiness in project teams.
