Course Description
An overview of Quebec and Canadian labour law. Contextual analysis of the development of Quebec and Canadian legislation in regards to: labour relations development, the history of Quebec and Canadian labour law, laws related to recruitment and hiring, compensation, training and development, safety and security, as well as comparison to relevant foreign models are some of the topics to be covered.
