Course Description
A comprehensive exploration of predictive project management with waterfall methodology, including: project definition and planning, project execution, control, and closure as well as tools and techniques to apply methodologies to cases. Plans, methods, tools, and techniques comprise Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown structure, scheduling and resource allocation, stakeholder expectations, communication and management, risk analysis mitigation and management, progress tracking, change management, team management, and conducting post-delivery evaluation
