Course Description
How to develop, implement and manage effective health and safety programs; competencies and roles of employees, supervisors, executives and HR; strategic, legal and ethical implications of legislation, risk behaviour; socio-pyschological aspects of mental health and safety issues; communications and training strategies.
Restrictions: Restricted to students in the Diploma in Human Resources Management, Diploma in Management (Human Resources concentration), & Grad. Certificate in Human Resources Management.
