CPRL 543 : Diversity and Community Relations

Course Description

Managing the relationships of organizations with local and cultural communities, including neighbours, grass roots associations, local government, and local and ethnic media. Areas of concern range from diversity within the workplace and transcultural leadership to globalization issues. Applications include town hall meetings, plant tours, neighbourhood events and community investment strategies.
