Course Description
Fundamental principles of business analysis and tools and techniques available. Principles apply to projects of all sizes in the business world. Topics include: standards, planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation and analysis, enterprise analysis, solution assessment, competencies, finance 101 business analysis, Lean-6 Sigma approach to problem identification.
