Course Description
This course will explore the fundamentals of the legislation and regulations governing syndicates of co-owners in Quebec as outlined in the Civil Code of Quebec, including declaration of co-ownership, bylaws, regulations concerning syndicate's finances and operations. This course is offered in bilingual (English/French) format.
Ce cours port sur les notions de base de régime juridique en matière de copropriété contenu dans le Code civil du Québec, y compris la déclaration de copropriété, les statuts, le fonctionnement de la copropriété et les règles concernant les finances de la copropriété. Ce cours est offert en format bilingue (francais/anglais)
