Course Description
Introduction to essential techniques of project portfolio management in order to properly maximize the use of resources and coordinate massive project dependencies between multiple stakeholders. The portfolio might include construction, architecture, engineering, technical development, procurement and other types of projects. Key resources need to be properly planned to maximize business results. Developing a business plan based on the market realities and business objectives to accurately scope creation and development parameters.
