Course Description

Study of the relationship between human resources management and business strategy; role of human resources in the organization and alignment with strategic management. Overview of human resources functional areas and the competencies required to become a successful human resources professional; impact of human resources policies, processes, and practices on employees, teams, and organizations, including legal and ethical implications. Green human resources management, hybrid work, equity, diversity, and inclusion policies.
