The Graduate Certificate in Aviation Leadership program focuses on developing leadership competencies for individuals who wish to advance their careers aviation. Participants will be exposed to innovative leadership practices, diverse workplace leadership, effective communication and negotiation, and data analytics. The Program uses a learner-centered instructional methodology, fostering a deeper understanding of aviation-related concepts and empowering learners to integrate what they have learned about leadership into immediate practice. Courses are also designed to focus on problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Courses incorporate aviation-related simulations, experiential activities, case studies, and guest speakers who are industry leaders with expertise in airlines, airports, air navigation, aerospace manufacturing and other related areas.
