Diploma in Human Resources Management (Program as of Summer 2013)

Objectives

Please note that if you were admitted to the Diploma in Human Resources Management program prior to Summer 2013 you must follow the study plan which was issued to you at the time of admission that is, prior to the revisions to the program.

This Diploma in Human Resources Management includes a broad range of courses covering concepts, practices, current issues and areas of specialization in the field of human resources management (HRM).

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have met the academic requirements of the Quebec Human Resources Professional Association (ORHRI) and will normally be eligible to write the certification exam toward the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation (subject to experience requirements).

In addition to the admission requirements for Diploma Programs, students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.2 out of 4.0 in the last two years of full-time academic studies in their undergraduate degree.
