Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management

Objectives

The Graduate Certificate consists of four required three-credit courses and one three-credit elective course. This 15 credit program is designed to provide you with the specialized knowledge you need for today's changing business world in the shortest possible time.

Admission Requirements:

In addition to the admission requirements for Graduate Certificates, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent). The minimum CGPA required in the Bachelor's degree is 3.0 out of 4.0; or a minimum CGPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 in the equivalent of the last two years of full-time university-level academic studies. Applicants must also have a minimum of three years recent, relevant work experience in the human resources field. Applicants must provide their curriculum vitae and two letters of reference.
  2. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent). The minimum CGPA required in the Bachelor's degree is 3.0 out of 4.0; or a minimum CGPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 in the equivalent of the last two years of full-time university-level academic studies. Applicants must also have a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP). Applicants must provide their professional designation document.
  3. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent). The minimum CGPA required in the Bachelor's degree is 3.0 out of 4.0; or a minimum CGPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 in the equivalent of the last two years of full-time university-level academic studies. Applicants must also have an undergraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
